Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are only allowed within 10 days of purchase and if the returns conditions are met. Returns do not apply to sales items. For any queries email amy@bluesteelequestrian.co.za
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds are only done if your refund is approved and if the product is received back in our store within 10 days of purchase. Refunds do not apply to sales items. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at amy@bluesteelequestrian.co.za and we will take it from there. Exchanges do not apply to sales items.
